  1. 1 cupOats
  2. 2Boiled potatoes
  3. 1Chopped tomato
  4. 2 tbspImli chutney
  5. 1 cupSweet curd
  6. 1/2 tspBlack salt
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  9. 1 tspRoasted cumin seeds
  10. 2 tbspAnardana

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Dry roast the oats for few mins and strain it

    Place the oats into the serving bowl add sweet curd at the top add tamarind chutney, sprinkle red chilli powder, black salt,salt-roasted cumin seeds powder and squeeze the lemon juice

    Garnish with anardana and serve immediately.

    Enjoy with oats bhel.
