Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 1/4 cuprava
  3. 1/2 cupcurd
  4. Pinchturmeric powder
  5. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tbspsugar
  7. 2 tbspoil
  8. 1 packeteno
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Water according to need
  11. For tadka:-
  12. 1 tbspoil
  13. 1/2 tbspmustard seeds
  14. 5-6curry leaves
  15. 2-3green chilli
  16. 1/2 tbspsugar
  17. 1 tbspleman juice

Cooking Instructions

    Take a one bowl add besan, rava, curd, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, sugar, oil and mix it together very well. Then add slowly slowly water in this mixture and make smooth batter, then in last add salt and eno mix it together given rest for 10 min.

    Now take steamer add water in this and heat it after then take one plate gress them with few drop of oil and pour your dhokla batter in plate and tap this.

    Now steam the dhoka into medium-low flame for 15-20 min.

    Now after properly cooked and little bit of cool transfer our dhokla into another plate.

    And then now we prepare tadka of our dhokla so we have to take pan add oil after heating add mustard seeds and sauté for few seconds then add green chilli and curry leaves and also sauté them to 1 min then add sugar 2 tbsp water and leman juice and mix it together.

    Our tadka is ready pour this tadka into dhokla after few minutes when dhokla soak the sugar syrup properly cut dhokla into small/ big piaces whatever you want.

    Our instead rava besan dhokha is ready for the serve. Serve dhokla with green chutney and mithi chutney.
