Ingredients

  1. 8Boiled potatoes
  2. 4 cupsWheat flour
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. as neededOil
  5. 2Onion finely chopped
  6. 1 tbspGinger
  7. 1/2 cupCoriander leaves
  8. 1/4 tbspCumin seeds
  9. 1 tbspRed chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    Knead the dough very soft adding water and salt. Keep the potatoes peeled and mashed add 1 tsp salt.

    For potato stuffing. Heat oil in a wok add cumin seeds followed by onions turns brown. Add ginger and coriander leaves followed by chilli powder.add mashed potatoes and fry well.

    Now take small section of dough add in it the stuffing and roll roti of it. Heat griddle place the roti and after one minute flip it over. Wait for 1 minute then add oil and toast from both the sides. Serve with curd chutney or ketchup.
