Ingredients

  1. 200 gmskheema
  2. 1 tinpatra
  3. as requiredOil
  4. 1 tbspnginger garlic paste
  5. 1/2maggi cube
  6. 2-3green chillies
  7. 1medium chopped tomato
  8. 1medium chopped potato
  9. 1/4 cupgreen peas
  10. 1 tspred chilli.powder
  11. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  12. as per tasteSalt
  13. 1 tspcumin powder
  14. 1 tspcoriander powder
  15. 1 bunchcoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Take a cooker add oil to it..saute the onion till translucent, add ginger garlic paste, green chillies and half of maggi cube, now add chopped tomato, potato and green peas,also add the masalas (red chilli powder,salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder and coriander powder) mix well add the mutton kheema and keep mixing it add little water and whistle till it's completely cooked! Take the patra tin, cut the patras into pieces and deep fry them remove it in a bowl!

    Now open the cooker add coriander leaves to the kheema add this fried patras and lightly mix it..(donot over mix it) and serve with chapatis or parathas..ready!
