Had some extra marinara sauce and pasta so I whipped this yummy lunch together. Can also be eaten as a side or for dinner. Still delicious either way.Ps: This recipe feeds two people as a main dish and 3 people as a side(This measurement is based on what I can eat, so it might vary for adults perhaps.)Also, the pasta measurement should be 1 cup before cooking not after cooking. I buy beef when it's on sale, and make this recipe when I don't have time. I used brisket offcuts this time, but I think it's good made with other cuts of beef. It's best to use a cut with some fat. Pastaballs in a Sauce Pastaballs in a Sauce
When I make meatballs I usually make a huge batch we eat about half and freeze the rest. So I wanted to eat pasta and meatballs. It's usually messy for the granddaughters. So I made it, a, not so messy meal that works. Here it is, homemade pasta easy, but it does take an hour to make the pasta wrap the meatballs and lightly fry them. skunkmonkey101
