Ingredients

20 minutes
  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/8 tspsalt
  3. Water for dough
  4. Oil for Roasting
  5. 1 cupboiled potato
  6. 1/2 cuponion, chopped
  7. 1 tspgrated ginger
  8. 1greenchilli, chopped
  9. 1/4 tspred chili powder
  10. 1/4 tspcoriender powder
  11. 2 tbspcoriender leaves, chopped

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add wheat flour, salt mix it, add water knead a smooth soft dough.

    Cover and let the dough rest for 15 minutes, divide the dough into 4-5 equal balls.

    In a bowl add boiled potatoes, add onion,add coriander leaves add green chilli, ginger salt, red chili powder, coriender powder mix well.

    Take dough ball and using rolling pin roll it into a circle, place stuffing in the centre, bring all the edges together & seal it, roll it.

    Heat tawa place paratha cook for a second and flip it. apply ghee on the half cooked side and flip again.now apply ghee on the other side as well. press with spatula and cook the paratha till both sides have golden brown.

    Serve with chutney & hot tea.
