I & My Family loves the homemade Nan khtai.. Whenever I made it, finished within half an hour..so delicious so tasty. You must try once.
Cooking Instructions

Sieve flour, baking powder & semolina & set aside.

Add sugar & melted ghee in a bowl & mix with a hand whisk until mixture become creamy.

Now add flour mixture & make a mixture. It's consistency will be crumbly so don't worry.

Now make small balls and put in a greased pan with little gap.

Egg wash all the Nan-khtai & garnish with your favourite ( pistachio, almond

Now bake it into a pre-heated oven for 12-15 minutes at 180 °C. Or you can also bake into pre-heated pateela with same timings.

After baking, put nan khtai itno open air so that it can become little hard.
