Cooking Instructions

In a pot, add the assorted meat, seasoning, onions and water to cook.

When the meat is almost done, blend pepper, ginger, onions and attarugu and add to the pot. Also the crayfish, stock fish, iru and dry fish can go in. Add more water to the desired quantity. Correct seasoning and bring to boil.

Wash and cut the ugu leaves. Add to the pot and allow to cook for 5mins. Add the washed and grated okro and allow to cook for 5mins. The lid of the pot should be open at this point.

Serve with any swallow of choice. Enjoy 😋
