Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 2 cupwater
  3. 1 tsphaldi
  4. 1 tspsalt or salt to taste
  5. 1/2 tspchilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  8. 1finely chopped onions
  9. 1tomato
  10. 1/4 cuppeas
  11. 1/4 cupgrates carrot
  12. 1/4 cupbeans
  13. Cumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the oil in the cooker

  2. 2

    Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

  3. 3

    Add 1 chopped onion

  4. 4

    Add 1 chopped tomato, potato

  5. 5

    Add peas,beans and grated carrot

  6. 6

    Add 1 tsp of haldi, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala

  7. 7

    Add soaked rice

  8. 8

    Mix well and add water(double the amount of rice)

  9. 9

    Add half a lemon juice so the rice don't stick to each other

  10. 10

    Bring it to boil, close the lid and cook it till 1 whistle

  11. 11

    After the steam goes off open and ready to eat
