Chicken chowmein

As the weather nowadays is too humid to stand in kitchen so I opt for easier dinners which take less time and can be made easily..
So I made this easy recipe today ( maybe it's not an authentic recipe but it tasted yumm) 😁

Cooking Instructions

Pound the chicken cubes with a kitchen hammer. Make the thinnest slices first. (this step is optional but gives nice juicy chicken)

In a non-stick wok add oil and garlic and sauté till it changes colour.

Now add in the chicken and cook on high flame till the chicken changes it's colour.

Now add the salt and black pepper powder and other sauces and mix well.

Turn the flame to medium low. Now add the vegetables and mix.

Finally add in the spaghetti and mix everything. Turn off the flame and garnish with spring onions.

Serve hot and enjoy with a drink if you like.
