Ingredients

4 Servings
  1. 1 1/2 cupcake flour
  2. 5eggs separate yolk and white
  3. 1/2 cupbutter
  4. 2 tspbaking powder
  5. 1 cupstrawberry purée reduced
  6. 3 blockstablea dark chocolate
  7. 1/2 cupsugar
  8. 1 cupheavy cream

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Whisk egg white with sugar until medium peaks.

  2. 2

    Gradually add butter, egg yolks, flour and the purée then fold lightly.

  3. 3

    Pop it in the microwave for 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Prepare the chocolate ganache frosting! Melt the chocolate with heavy cream over boiling water. It took me 5 minutes with continuous stirring until its smooth

    Add chocolate dust, mallows and fruit toppings

You do not note the size of the chocolate blocks in your recipe. Are they 180g? 250g? This will make a huge difference to the recipe.
