These instantly made Jalebis are done using Eno Fruit Salt. And this was my first try at them. They turned out real juicy and crisp too. And I on my part absolutely loved frying them. The beautiful looking Jalebis were a perfect Dessert made today and every bit complimented the Dinner. The standing time is also not much either as I kept the batter just until the Oil heated up. Easy and hassle-free Dessert in the comfort of our homes, especially in these difficult times of the Pandemic is surely a big welcoming relief. It's batter to take precautions and avoid any street food from outside.
Though I have made many different varieties of Jalebis with different methods of preparation, yet this one stands out. These were the most loved instant Desserts that i ever tried and tried and tested by many of my friends, neighbours and guests. It's really special for me. Let's get started.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Make a semi thick batter out of all the ingredients mentioned. Lastly stir in Eno.
- 2
Make a single string consistency syrup with the ingredients mentioned. Keep it warm. It should not be very hot. So make the syrup first before frying the Jalebis. That way it will keep warm.
- 3
Fry few Jalebis at a time in a pan. The Oil should be hot but fry them on a low heat only. Frying on a high heat will burn them and will not cook well. If required, heat Oil again but on a low heat only. See to it that it's hot.
- 4
Dip them in the Sugar syrup for a minute and then take out. Garnish with chopped Almonds and Pistachios. Serve immediately. Slurrrrppppppp!

My Turkish friend made tortillas with yeast, so I tried making them with dough from a calzone recipe that used yeast and cooked them in a frying pan. They turned out airy and delicious! It's essentially like making calzone dough. Since there's no second proof, it's easy. Lightly dust the tortillas with flour as you spread them out thinly. Juicy Jalebi (Rasili Jalebi Recipe) Juicy Jalebi (Rasili Jalebi Recipe)
Jalebi is a traditional sweet that makes your mouth water just by its name. It's called 'Jalebi' because it's soaked in sweet syrup. Its popularity is such that even though it's not originally from India, it's often referred to as the 'national sweet'. In winter, if you get to eat hot Jalebi, it's like a dream come true. Jalebi is enjoyed with rabri, yogurt, or even milk in different places. Before I made Jalebi, it seemed very difficult, but when I used a plastic sauce bottle, it became easy with a little effort.
