Ingredients

  1. 5-6idlis
  2. 1/4 cupfinely chopped capsicum
  3. 1small onion finely chopped
  4. 1 tbspoil
  5. 1finely chopped green chillies
  6. 1" grated ginger
  7. 1 tbspcorn flour dissolved in 1 cup water
  8. 1 tspspicy schezwan chilli garlic sauce
  9. 1 tspsoy sauce
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 tspspring onion greens to garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Chop idlis lengthwise. In thick bottom kadhai add heat oil. Add chopped green chillies, grated ginger, chopped green capsicum and onion pieces. Saute for 2 minutes.

    Add schezwan chilli garlic sauce,soy sauce and cornflour mixed water. Mix well.

    Add chopped idlis pieces,salt to taste and mix gently.

    Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Schezwan Idli- Chilli garnishing with finely chopped green onions.
