Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsbesan (bengal gram flour)
  2. As per taste Salt
  3. 1 spoonoil
  4. Pinchhing
  5. 1 spoonchili powder
  6. 1/2 spoonturmeric
  7. Pinchbaking soda
  8. As required Water
  9. As required Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly, in a large bowl take 1 cup besan add turmeric, chilli powder, hing, baking soda and salt. now add water and prepare a thick batter.

    Directly into hot oil, take small holes perforated spoon and pour besan batter. Fry till golden and crisp.

    Salted Bundi is ready. We can used in make mixture, raita or can eat only salted Bundi also.
