Made this mithai roll on the special occasion of rakshabandhan without the use of mawa, or maida, This only take two main Ingredients I.e descinated coconut, milk powder.
The process is way easy and doesn't need much of your efforts and it's taste extremely amazing.

Steps

Mix all ingredients sugar, coconut, crushed elaichi, milk, altogether to make a hard dough.

Now divide the dough into 4 equal parts, 2 for colored, 2 for white, now add a pinch of color into the dough and Knead again.

Now take a aluminium foil or a butter paper, spread ghee evenly on the foil to avoid sticking on the surface and wrap it around roll.

Spread some dry fruits evenly and roll it easily with the help of aluminium foil, make another roti with a plain dough.

Now place the coloured one on the plain one and roll it together.

Do the same process with the other colours.

Another way is to add dry fruits inside it, is to make a gap inside the roll and fill it with dry fruits, and seal it.

Cover it with foil completely from the edges too and keep it in refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Cut into desired shapes and garnish it with pistachios.
