Ab ginger garlic or green chillies ko Thora sa Pani dal kar pees Lein or paste bana lein.

Ab ek pan me coriander, cumin and hole red Chillies ko bhoon lein khushbo A jaey to cholhy sy utar Lein.

Thanda kar ke grinder me pees Lein.

Phr dried fenugreek ko hath sy masal kar pissy hoey masaly me Mila dein.

Karhae masala tayar Hy.

Tomatoes ko kat kar Pateli me dal kar halki anch par dhak ke rakh dein soft ho jaey to uska Pani khushk krden. Tomatto paste tayar Hy.

Ab cooker me dho ke rkha hua Gosht Dalen Adrak lehsan paste or salt dal kar itna Pani Dalen Gosht gal jaey or Pani usi me khushk ho jaey.

Gosht gal jaey to Pani khushk krden.

Ab Karhae me oil garam karein usme Green chilli lehsan Adrak Wala paste dal kar bhoon lein.

Phr Gosht or tomatto paste dal kar bhoon Lein.

Phr Karhae masala dal kar bhonen zarort parny par Thora Pani dal Lein.

Hari mirchen bareek kata Adrak dal kar dum par rakh dein.

Phr koaela ko dehka kar dhoni dy Lein.

Lejiy Mazedar mutton koaela Karhae tayar Hy.
