Cooking Instructions

Cut the onions, grind the garlic, heat some oil in a pan and fry them, (sorry forgot to take a pic)

After the onions turn golden brown,add salt,tomato paste,garam masala,curry and tumeric powder. Mix them well and give them about 3min to cook then put your finely chopped tomatoes and let them cook till soft. At this point you can add little water to soften your tomatoes as they cook.

After your tomatoes have softened,add maziwa mala/coconut milk or plain yogurt, according to the thickness you want.

After 3min add your boiled eggs. Simmer for 3min to absorb the gravy.

Serve hot with boiled rice.
