Ingredients

  1. 2 CupRice (soaked)
  2. 2 cupPeas (matar)
  3. 1Onion Medium size sliced
  4. 1/2 cupoil
  5. 1/4 cupyoghurt
  6. 1 tspcumin seeds
  7. 1 tbspwhole spices
  8. 1 tbspGinger Garlic paste
  9. 4-6Green chillies
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 4 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a cooking pot heat oil & fry sliced onions until they turn golden brown, then add whole spices, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste,peas, yoghurt, green chilli and stire together.

    Then add Rice,salt and water.

    When water comes to boil mix all ingredients & cover the lid.

  4. 4

    When water evaporates it means your pulao is ready...

  5. 5

    Serve with chutney's,raita & salads
