Reminiscing of my childhood... REMEMBERING mommy made these yummy paranthas. Eating rice with a new twist. #heirloom

Ingredients

30 minutes
5 people
  1. 1 cupleftover any rice cooked
  2. 1 cupwheat flour dough
  3. 1small finely chopped onion
  4. 1green chilli chopped optional
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1 tspred chili powder
  7. 1 tspchaat masala
  8. Halftsp black pepper
  9. 1 tspgaram masala

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in rice and mix well

  2. 2

    Take small ball from dough and start rolling make very small tortilla and fill 1 spoon mixture into it

  3. 3

    Start rolling again and do not flatten too much otherwise rice will come out from all around outside

  4. 4

    Roast rice parantha at medium flame and serve.enjoy yumm paranthas.stay safe stay healthy and happy
