Soya Sattu Kebab is a Perfect, Tasty & Healthy Protein-Rich Snack.

It is full of flavour, crispy on the outside and soft, juicy & smooth inside. Every bite is just delight!

Soya Chunks & Sattu are the two main ingredients in this recipe which makes it Highly rich in protein.
Also these kebabs are shallow fried using very little of natural groundnut oil which makes it a super healthy food. It's absolutely vegan too.

Soya chunks are highly rich in protein and due to it's texture, it tastes very close to the meat seekh kebab. Hence it's also known as "vegetarian’s meat".

Sattu is a protein-rich flour made from roasted and powdered chana (Bengal gram) or other pulses and cereals. Many a times, Sattu is referred to as "Poor man’s protein".

Do try out this simple & easy to make recipe and I am sure Kids and adults both will love it.

It can be served as a tea-time snack or goes well with rumali roti too for lunch/dinner.

Enjoy hot with tomato-chilli or green chutney and onion slices!
