Ingredients

  1. 1small size diced capsicum
  2. 1small size diced onion
  3. 2small size diced green pepper
  4. 2small size diced tomatoes
  5. 1small size diced scotch bonnet
  6. 2seasoning cubes
  7. 1 tablespoonCurry powder
  8. Pinchsalt (optional)
  9. 3medium size chicken gizzard (cut into small pieces)
  10. 3medium size chicken liver (also cut into small pieces)
  11. 4 tablespooncooking oil
  12. 1/4medium size lemon

    The ingredients are shown below

    In a clean pan, pour in 4 tablespoon of oil, add in some pieces of diced onion and allow to sizzle

  3. 3

    Now add in the gizzard and saute for 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Then add the liver and continue stirring

  5. 5

    Squeeze few drops of the lemon juice into the pan and then add in the diced veggies (capsicum, green pepper, scotch bonnet, onion and tomato)

    Add the seasonings and stir for about 4-5 minutes

  7. 7

    Serve hot, it can be served with boiled rice, yam or potatoes.
