  1. 2 lbsground beef 85% or 90% lean
  2. 1med onion finely chopped
  3. 2large eggs
  4. 3garlic cloves minced
  5. 3 Tbspketchup
  6. 3 Tbspfresh parsley finely chopped
  7. 1 cupritz crackers (crumbled)
  8. 1/3 cupmilk
  9. 3 tbspworcestershire sauce
  10. 1 1/2 tspsalt or to taste
  11. 1 1/2 tspItalian seasoning
  12. 1/4 tspground black pepper
  13. 1/2 tspground paprika
  14. Meatloaf sauce:
  15. 3/4 cupketchup
  16. 1 1/2 tspwhite vinegar
  17. 2 1/2 Tbspbrown sugar
  18. 1 tspgarlic powder
  19. 1/2 tsponion powder
  20. 1/4 tspground black pepper
  21. 1/4 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Line a 9”x5” loaf pan with parchment paper and preheat oven to 375°F.

    In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients for the meatloaf. Mix well to combine.

    Add meat to the loaf pan, gently press meat down and shape evenly and bake meatloaf at 375˚F for 40 minutes.

    In a small bowl, mix all of ingredients for the sauce. Spread the sauce over meatloaf then return to oven and bake additional 15-20 minutes.

    Rest meatloaf 10 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with baking juices from the pan.
