Ingredients

  1. Meatloaf
  2. 1 lbGround Chicken
  3. 1 lbGround Turkey
  4. 1 packagesOnion Soup Mix
  5. 2 largeEggs
  6. 3/4 cupInstant Brown Rice
  7. 1 tspGarlic Powder
  8. 1/2 tspOregano
  9. Glaze
  10. 1/2 cupBarbeque Sauce
  11. 1/4 cupKetchup

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Set oven to 350° and spray loaf pan with non stick spray

  2. 2

    Mix all meatloaf ingredients in a mixing bowl with your hands or spoon.

  3. 3

    Place meatloaf mixture into loaf pan and place in oven for 55 minutes

  4. 4

    Pour Glaze mixture on top of Meatloaf and place back in oven for 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.

  6. 6

    Serve.
