Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 craw cashews (usually in baking or organic section)
  • 1 cshredded unsweetened coconut
  • Zest from 2 lemons
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 2-3big squeezes of honey
  • 2 tbsmelted coconut oil
  • 1/4 tspground tumeric

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor, scrape down sides. Put in a covered container in fridge for atleast 2 hrs.

    Flour hands & roll into balls. Put shredded coconut on top if desired. Store in fridge (good for up to 1 week)
