Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl and pour the muri (You can fry the muri first very slightly before preparing)

Pour little bit of mustard oil to the muri and incorporate the whole thing more in a better way.

Start to incorporate everything accordingly viz - chopped cucumber, chopped onions, grated ginger,chopped tomato, chopped green chilli, chopped red chilli, and incorporate the whole thing more perfectly.

Add little bit cumin powder and fried masala and shake the bowl for few minutes.

Add crispy chanachur and salt to taste.

You can add coconut but here it is now optional.

For garnishing here we have chosen half piece lemon and half piece green chili because these things adding as per your tastes and choice.
