  1. 1 bundlespinach
  2. 1 tbspbesan roasted
  3. 1 tbspcurd
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 1 tspoil
  6. pinchasafoetida
  7. 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1/4 tsp jaiphal powder
  10. 6-8koftas

Cooking Instructions

    Boil spinach and puree it

  2. 2

    Heat up pan add oil then asafoetida and cumin seeds

  3. 3

    Mix curd and roasted besan to a lump free paste and add it in oil

  4. 4

    Put all masalas and mix

  5. 5

    Add spinach puree and water and cook covered

  6. 6

    Add koftas and cook for 2 mins

  7. 7

    Garnish with cream and serve
