What’s not to love about crepes🥰
It is delicious and very easy to make. Perfect for breakfast or brunch
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Add all ingredients in a blender and mix for 2 minutes. Then allow to rest for 30 minutes.
- 2
In a non stick pan, rub some butter and put your mixture. Tilt the pan to make the batter evenly spread on the pan. We don’t want the crepes to be too thick.
- 3
Flip to the other side after 2 mins. Then do same for the rest.
- 4
Fold your crepes into two. Then fold it again. That’s folding it into four. Arrange on a tray and drizzle some chocolate syrup. Enjoy😋

Savory Mushroom Crepes
Crepes are the perfect vehicle for exploration. I've been experimenting with sweet and savory but my favorite, by far, has been this savory crepe with fresh, farmers market oyster mushrooms, melted mozzarella, and a beer sauce. This makes about 10 crepes and enough mushroom filling for two crepes but can be easily multiplied.

Quick Thin Pancakes/Crepes
This recipe was given to me by my grandmother, really good, light and tasty dish. Quick to make and can be either savory to serve on brunch or lunch or sweet, to be served on breakfast, brunch or just as a sweet snack in the afternoon. The recipe really renders a lot of crepes so make sure to measure accordingly, and depending on the pan/ scale of ingredients the number of crepes can vary. Enjoy :)

Easy Sunday morning crepes
A big Sunday morning breakfast is a tradition in our house and so today we went with crepes to eat with some fancy types of honey that the girlfriend got as a gift. Prone to overdoing things as I am, we wound up with DIY "crepe station" complete with caramelized apples, Nutella, sea salt, raisins, and who knows what else. Usual disclaimer: this is a found recipe for which I've given the full quantities even though I only made a 1/2 batch.

Crepes
Ideally it's good to let the mixture set for 30 mins to allow all the starches blend for a full flavour. I add brown sugar (or any sugar) to give it a little crispness and sweetness - totally optional.

Moist Chewy Crepes
I've always loved crepes and often made it without giving much thought to the ratio of ingredients, but this time, I measured them out well. Because these crepes are so simple and yet easy to handle, I decided to post the recipe here!Take care to strain the batter to remove lumps - this really makes a difference. There's no need to grease the pan if it's a non-stick frying pan. Make sure to heat the frying pan well. It's a simple taste, so you could make a meal with it for sure. Recipe by Lesser Panda

Oven crepes
From Jean Pare's Rookie Cookbook, the first adult cookbook I was given in my teens. This one is a winner with my son and nephew. It's quick and simple, and is delicious with just syrup or fruit and whipped cream. Once I even put leftover ribs and BBQ sauce on it.

Basic Crêpes Sucrées
At first I was adding sugar and butter to my crepes (as in the basic recipe), but at some point I realized they tasted fine without it, so I omitted it. Now I make my crepes with or without butter depending on the toppings I'm using (I do not add any sugar). When I'm using whipped cream or fruit as toppings, I cook these simple, light-colored sugar crepes until lightly golden brown. (This is just my preference.) They're fine without the brandy, but it adds fragrance to the finished product. Add as much butter as you like. Recipe by Yukiline

Chewy Chocolate Crepes
is a recipe for chewy crepe batter that I came up with through trial and error. It makes crepes just like the ones from a crepe stand. I based this chocolate crepe with the original plain crepe and the matcha version.Make sure you use cocoa powder (unsweetened) instead of hot chocolate mix or any with sweeteners. It's very important to heat the frying pan very well before pouring in the batter! I heat it until it smokes, then place it on top of a damp dish cloth for a few seconds to cool, and then start cooking the crepes.Be careful not to start a fire! Recipe by Hamumaki
