Dough ke ajza ko mix karein or thory thory pani se thora hard sa aata goondh lein or isy 10 mins ke liey cover ke ke rakh dein

Ab is ke 5 pairy bana lein munasib size ke. Pairy ke andar thora sa ghee/oil rkhen or isy fold kar ke pairy ki shapeDein lein

Tawey ko gram karein. Roti bail ke tawey py dalen. Side plat kar 1 tbsp ghee lagadein. Low flame py golden brown hony dein
