Cooking Instructions

First of all, prepare the solution by adding yogurt, gram flour and 1/2 cup of water in the mixer grinder.

Now mix all the ingredients in the gram flour mixture and mix it well, so that the lams do not get lumped, and pour the salution in to the nonstick pan.

Now, While stirring it,it will be cooked on medium gas for 5 to 6 minutes.

Khandvi is ready to cook, will turn off the gas and cover. Now turn the plate and apply some oil and Spread it with the help of a spatula.

Let cool for 5 minutes, then cut with a knife and prepare then rolls with the help of hands.

Take khandvi rolls are ready, Now heat oil in a ladle and add musterd Seeds, curry leaves, green chilli and white Sesame.

Put the Prepared khandvi in the tempering, take our the khandvi in a plate and eat it with papaya souce, it look very Tasty.
