  1. 1 cupsabudana
  2. 2medium sized potato
  3. 1 inchginger
  4. 2 tbspGhee
  5. 1 tspCumin seeds
  6. Aa neededcurry leaves
  7. Finely chopped carrot and capsicum
  8. 1 cuppeanut powder
  9. 1 tspChaat masala
  10. 1/2sliced lemon or dry mango powder
  11. 2green chillies
  12. PinchAsafoetida
  13. 1/2 tspBlack pepper chursed

    Take a bowl add sabudana wash it throwly soak it for 7-8 hrs.after 7 to 8 hrs strain it and keep it aside.Take a pan add oil and Cumin seeds add ginger and green chillies saute it. Add chopped carrot and capsicum. Saute it add Turmeric powder red chilli powder. Fry the vegetables.

    Mix the salt, peanut chrused and Chaat masala. Mix them well so that all the sabudana are coated with the mixture. Mix the vegetables with the mixture. Sauté it until the sabudana are translucent. Now take tadka pan add ghee to it add asefodita and curry leaves.

    This step is optional.Cook it in microwave for 4 min at 900 degrees. Serve it hot with curd.
