  1. 500 gmsLady finger /bhindi
  2. 200 gmsDahi
  3. 2 tspCumin powder
  4. 2 tspcumin seeds
  5. 2 tspRed chilli powder
  6. as per taste salt
  7. as requiredMustard cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly cut all the bhindi's and give a slight cut in the middle so that all the masala enter properly.

    Then, in a bowl take curd,red chilli powder,cumin powder,salt, and mix them properly.Now add bhindi into this curd mixture

    Now in the pan add mustard oil after it get properly heated add cumin seed 2tsp and crackle it for while.

    Now in it add all the curd bhindi mixture. Cook it properly in medium for 20 mins till oil leaves from all sides..

    Dahi bhindi is ready to serve.
