  2. 5-6garlic cloved
  3. 2 tbspfresh coriander
  4. 1 tbsplemon juice
  5. to tasteSalt & pepper
  6. 2 tbspsesame seeds
  7. 2 tbspoil
  8. 1/2 cupthick curd
  9. 2 tbspperi peri powder. (Or red chilli powder)

    Boil chickpea and chopped coriander.

    Add all the ingredients to mixing jar and grind it in to fine paste

  3. 3

    Your hummus is ready. Surve with lavash. garlic bread stick. Pita bread or nachos
