Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 500 gramsPaneer
  2. 3 tbspncorn flour
  3. 1 tbspnmaida
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  6. As neededOil for deep frying
  7. For the sauce :-
  8. 2Capsicum cut into cubes
  9. 2Big Onion cut into cubes
  10. 1small onion finely chopped
  11. 1/2 cup spring onion greens
  12. 3-4green chillies chopped
  13. 1 inch piece ginger finely chopped
  14. 6-7garlic cloves chopped fine
  15. 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  16. 1 packet Ching’s Chilli Paneer masala
  17. 1 tbspgreen chilli sauce
  18. 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  19. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  20. 2 tbsptomato sauce
  21. 1 tbsp Vinegar
  22. 1 tsp corn flour slurry
  23. 2 tbspOil
  24. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Take the paneer and cut into cubes. Put salt and black pepper powder and mix everything well.

    Then sprinkle maida & corn flour over the paneer cubes and toss it carefully. Keep the other ingredients ready.

    Then keep oil for heating and when hot add in the paneer cubes and fry them till nice and crisp golden brown colour from both the sides. Remove it on an absorbent paper. Turn off the heat.

    Now take another pan or Kadhai and put oil. When hot add in the chopped green chillies, ginger, garlic, onion and little spring onion greens.

    Then add in the sauces, vinegar, black pepper powder, salt and fry for a minute. Then add the chopped cubes of onion and capsicum. Fry on high heat. It should be crisp so do not over cook them.Add the corn flour slurry and cook for a minute till the sauce gets thick.

    Now add the Ching’s chilli paneer masala powder and the fried paneer and mix everything well so that the sauces are coated on the paneer. Check the seasoning and add if required.

    Lastly garnish with some spring onion greens. And serve immediately.
