I mostly use leftover dal in making paratha or cutlets.but today I made this paratha by adding radish leaves which make it more healthy and tasty.

I mostly use leftover dal in making paratha or cutlets.but today I made this paratha by adding radish leaves which make it more healthy and tasty.
Cooking Instructions

First wash the radish leaves and finely chopped.then in a pan boil two cups water add little salt and add radish leaves.leave it into hot water for 2 minutes to blanched then strain it.

Take a mixing bowl add flour and salt then add leftover dal and blanched radish leaves add all spices then mix together we'll and knead it without adding water.

Make medium size balls from the dough roll it on the rolling board and heat a tawa add little oil and cooked the paratha on both sides. Serve with sauce or curd in breakfast.
