Cooking Instructions

Firstly take a bowl add gram flour add salt,red chilli powder turmeric powder garam masala, malai and oil and as required water and make a tight dough.

Now make roll and boil it for 10,15 minutes. Remove from water and cut in small pieces

Take a pressure cooker add ghee.add cumin seeds, now add onion and green chilli after that add tomato.and Cook it.

Now add onion slices and Now add all spice and cook for 5 minutes.

Add malai and curd.

Now add boiled gatte after that add as needed water and 2,3 wisal.

Open the cooker Now add coriander leaves.

Besan gatte ki sabji ready for serve.
