Ingredients

  1. For dough
  2. 1 cupbesan
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tspdhanya jeera powder
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 2 pinchajwain
  9. 1/2 tspeno
  10. As per tasteWater
  11. For tadka
  12. 2 tbspoil
  13. 2 tspMustard Seeds
  14. 2 tbspjeera
  15. 1 tspred chilli powder
  16. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  17. 1 tspdhanya jeera powder
  18. 1 tspGaram masala
  19. 1 tspkitchen king masala
  20. to tasteSalt
  21. 1 tspamchur powder

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients of dough and make a tight dough.

    Keep 1lt water for boiling in a big kadai and add 1 tsp oil in it.

    Take small small portion from dough and roll it like a thin pipe.

    Add all the pipes in boiling water.

  5. 5

    Let it cook for 15-20 min. It will increase in size.

    Now remove it from water and let it cool. Then cut it into small pieces.

    Now in a kadai, take oil and add all the tadka ingredients and stir and then add the chopped gatte in it and stir and cook it for 2-3 mins. Serve it hot with roti or parathas.
