  1. 200 gmgram flour
  2. 200 gmwater
  3. 1finely chopped onion
  4. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tspgreen chili paste
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1 pinchbaking powder
  8. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  9. 1 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1 tspgaram masala

    To a large bowl, add gram flour, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chili paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, gram masala, salt, and water, first add a small quantity of water, mix well all together. Consistency should not be very runny or thick.

    Add 1 pinch of baking soda and mix well to make pakora soft

    Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. When the oil is hot, mix the batter again and start dropping the batter into the hot oil

    Cook untill golden brown from one side and then flip and cook the other side. Make sure to cook on medium-low heat so that the pakoras cook nicely from inside too.put them on the paper towel
