1 person
  1. 2Lamb Chops or similar Lamb
  2. Ground Cumin
  3. Grounded down Crystallized Sea Salt
  4. 200 gCous Cous
  5. 400 mlBoiling hot water from the Kettle
  6. For plain Cous Cous add ingredients that would add flavour
  7. Dried fruit, maybe tiny squares gained from a Dessert Apple
  8. Fresh Herbs, maybe only Morrocan Mint - any Mint
  9. Pepper's,maybe a mild Chilli Pepper deseeded
  10. 1dressing of Sesame Oil,or Extra Virgin Olive Oil may be okay
  11. Grounded down Black Peppercorns

Cooking Instructions

10 min.
  1. 1

Place enough water in a steamer saucepan,or place water in a sturdy big frying pan,or wok - and place a metal colander inside.Wash Lamb Chops in cold tap water only and then place on the steamer rack, add pinches of Sea Salt and lots of Ground Cumin on top,put Lid on top of the steamer rack.Practice with One Lamb Chop to get the perfect cooked Lamb Chops for the next one's.

  2. 2

Place Cous Cous in a large mixing bowl, add the appropriate amount of hot boiling water.Add flavours too Cous Cous,if using Dried Herbs and Ground Herbs these will need too be fried off in some Olive Oil etc. in a frying pan.Could make a flavoursome egg fried rice instead - I have no experience of turning bland Cous Cous etc. into something flavoursome.

Still have never given flavour too Plain Cous Cous because I used 2 Packets of 100g each of already dried and spiced Cous Cous. The date is the 25/4/22 .
