Green Beans Sabzi
Cooking Instructions

Chop all the bvegetables. Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot, add mustard let it crackle. Add asfoitida.

Add onion. Let it saute for some time. Add tomato. Let it cook for around 5 minutes. Add green beans, masala and salt. Mix it well. Cover it and let it cook for another 5 minutes.

Add chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot with Roti.
