Ingredients

  1. 2 bunchessaga,
  2. Spring onions
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. Oil
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 2beef cubes
  7. 1/2 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the veges, clean and cut them

  2. 2

    Boil them in low medium heat until they become soft

  3. 3

    Fry onions, when ready add tomatoes-make sure they are well cooked. Add salt and beef cubes

  4. 4

    Drain excess water in the vegetable and add it to the ready tomatoes

  5. 5

    Add milk and simmer for 3mins. Remove from heat and serve
