Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare ingredients accordingly. Cut/chop coriander and mints. Next, Cut cucumbers. Remove or core the middle part of the cucumber or the cucumber seed using a teaspoon. This part is removed because it produces excess water to the salad. Dice cucumbers (see pic) and place in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle 1 tsp of salt, mix evenly and leave aside for 5 to 10mins to draw out excess water. After 5-10mins, discard excess liquid. Rinsing is not needed.
- 2
Once all prepped, place cucumber, coriander, mint, red onion, yogurt, lemon juice, ground white pepper and garam masala (if using) in a big mixing bowl. Combine and Mix everything well. Taste and adjust seasonings accordingly. Refrigerate before serving or keep cool.
