Seive the flour and add a pinch of salt in it and now knead it and keep it aside for 7 minutes. In the meanwhile stir fry veggies for 1-2 minutes with dry spices for stuffing,allow it to cool.

Now take a lemon sized ball from dough and roll it in a thin puri and place a tsp full stuffing in center and close it by paste of cornflour and water and giving shape of momos.

Now take a big bowl with 1 glass of water and allow it to boil.Now simmer the flame and place momo on the strainer and strainer on boiling water bowl and cover it and allow to steam for 5 minutes. Now yummy momos are ready. Serve with mayonise and cabbage sauce or redchilly sauce.
