Ingredients

30-45 minutes
2-4 people
  1. 4Ripe Bananas
  2. 75 mlOlive Oil
  3. 240 gPlain Flour
  4. 3 tbspsBaking Powder
  5. 1 tbspAll Spice
  6. 1 tspGround Nutmeg
  7. 100 gCaster or Brown Sugar
  8. 50 gDried Fruits and Nuts (Optional)

Cooking Instructions

30-45 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180C.

  2. 2

    Mash the ripe bananas.

  3. 3

    Add in all the dried ingredients and mix it with the wet ingredients.

  4. 4

    Oil and pour the mixture in the baking tin.

  5. 5

    Baked it in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.

  6. 6

    Enjoy. Xx
