Ingredients

  1. 4-5boiled and cut potato
  2. 3-4tomato pury
  3. 1green chilli chopped
  4. 8-10curry leaves
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 tspkasoori methi
  7. 1/2 tbspchaat masala
  8. 1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
  9. 1 tsp lemon juice
  10. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  11. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  12. as per needcoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

15-20 minutes

    In a Kadhai heat oil and then add jeera and curry leaves

    Now add tomato pury and cook for 3-4 mins.

    Add other dry masala and then wait till oil comes from the sides.

  4. 4

    Add boiled potatoes and cook for 5 mins.

  5. 5

    Then add chaat masala, lemon juice bf garnish with coriander leaves

  6. 6

    Serve with roti and Puri ❤️❤️❤️😋😋
