  4. Kata hua sabz dhaniya
  5. 1 tbspsalt
  6. 1 tspblack pepper
  7. 1/2 tspchili flakes
  8. 1 tsproasted n crushed cumin seeds
  9. 1 tbspanardana
  10. 1 tbspchat masala
  11. For Coating:
  12. 1 cupbesan
  13. Halftsp salt
  14. Halftsp zeera
  15. Oil for frying

    Boil the potato with 1 tsp salt n mashed them

  2. 2

    Wash n chpped the all veggies

  3. 3

    Let the put all dried ingredients in it and mix them well

  4. 4

    In a deep bowl mAKE a paste of gram flour. make sure its consistency should be normal. Not so thick nor thin

  5. 5

    Shaped the cutlets in round shape

  6. 6

    In a frying pan Pre heat the oil

  7. 7

    Dip the cutlets in gramflour paste. And frying them

  8. 8

    Frying them until the colour changed in golden brown

  9. 9

    Now serve these cutlets with your favourite dip n enjoyed the snack time with tea

  10. 10
