Ingredients

15-20 minutes
4 servings
  1. 3 cupswheat flour
  2. 1 cupPalak washed n chopped
  3. 2green chillies
  4. 1 cupcoriander leaves
  5. to tastesalt
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tspcarrom seeds(ajwain)
  9. as requiredwater to knead dough
  10. 2 tbspoil for moyan and oil for deep frying the puris
  11. 2 tbspsesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a mixer jar take Palak,coriander leaves and green chillies add little water and make pure

    Thick Palak puree is ready

    Now take wheat flour in a bowl and add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,carrom seeds, seasame seeds and 2tblsp oil

    Now knead dough with Palak puree

  5. 5

    Knead firm dough grease with little oil and keep aside for 10 minutes

  6. 6

    After 10minutes take small balls of dough

  7. 7

    And start rolling Puris like we roll normal puris

  8. 8

    Heat oil in a kadai for frying

  9. 9

    When Oil is hot start frying puris

  10. 10

    Fry puris from both the sides

  11. 11

    Serve these puris with tea,curd papad etc
