Ingredients

  1. 4-5medium size tomatoes
  2. 1small onion
  3. 2green chillies
  4. 1 inchGinger
  5. 4-5Garlic cloves
  6. 3 tspGreen coriander leaves
  7. 1 tspBlack pepper
  8. 1Black cardamom
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 3-4 tbspbutter
  11. 1-2 tbspoil
  12. 1 glasswater
  13. 1-2 tbspsugar
  14. 2-3 tbspfresh cream

Cooking Instructions

    In pressure cooker Add 1-2 tbsp butter and add little oil to avoid burning of butter, keep flame on low.

    Now add ginger garlic and green chillies and saute for 1 min remember don't over cook..than add chopped onion and sauteed for another 1min on low falme and than add chopped tomatoes and sautee for 1min than add 1tsp of salt, black pepper, black cardamom seeds and green coriander and add 1glass of water and give 3 whistle

    For Bread Croutons- slice bread into small pieces and toast in 1tbsp of butter till golden brown

    Now open cooker and take out Tomato puree into a bowl and blend well..I use blender for blending you can also use grinder and now strain well

    Now take one pan keep on low flame add 1tbsp of butter and add blended tomato puree and add 1tbsp sugar, 1tsp of salt, 2tbsp of fresh cream, 1tsp of black pepper powder cook for 5-10min

    Serve it hot.Garnish with fresh cream coriander leaves and Bread Croutons
