Oil garam kar ke usme pyaaz brown karlen aur sari pyaz oil se nikal lein. Ab usme sabit garam masala dal lein aur sath hi adrak lehsan paste dal kar bhoonlen

Ab chicken dal kar fry karen phir lal mirch powder, haldi aur dhania powder dal lein 2 min bhoonlen phir tamatar aur dahi ik sath dal lein.

Ab aloo b dal lein aur 20 minutes take pakaen pani b gal jae tu usme pyaz brown ki hui adhe se ziada crush kar ke dal lein ab jaifal jawatri, aloo bukhara aur hari mirchen dal kar 10 min halki anch par pakalen

Chawal ko tez pat aur zeera dal kar 1 spoon sirka aur 1 spoon oil dal kar boil karlen lekin puri tarah boil na karen.

Ab ik degchi mein pehle chawal ki layer lagaen then salan ki aur phir chawal dal kar oper se sliced tamatar, lemon, hara dhania aur hara podina dal lein aur phir 1 chawal ki layer lagaen phir bacha hua salan dal lein aur chawal ki layer laga kar oper bachi hui brown pyaaz, zarde ka rang 1 spoon pani mein mix kar ke wo dal lein aur kewra dalen.

Ab 5 min tez anch par pakaen phir 15 minutes take dam par rakhden. Mazedar sindhi biryani tayar hai raita aur salad ke sath serve karen.
