Ingredients

  1. Red peppers, tomatoes, onions & scotchbonnets
  2. Chicken
  3. Salt, seasoning cubes & mixed spices
  4. clovesGarlic, ginger,black pepper, cinnamon, cardamon,
  5. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the chicken once, in your clean pot, add a specific amount of water, salt, seasoning cubes, garlic, grinded ginger, black pepper, cloves, cardamon, sliced onions, stir, cover & allow it until soft, fry in oil.

    Blend the tomatoes, red pepper, onions, scotchbonnets, cook it until the water drains, add oil & fry for 15mins, add up the chicken cooking water used.

  3. 3

    Add the seasoning cubes & spices, stir, reduce the heat & allow it for 10mins, off the flame & serve.
