Steak, mustard flavor
A recipe I got from my French friend!
Cooking Instructions
- 1
For the soaking, place the meat in an oven tray or pyrex and then spread the mustard on both sides of the meat, then spread some butter on both sides and do the same with some cooking oil.
- 2
Then add the wine and all the spices and soak the meat in the fridge for at least 4-5 hours or whole day if possible.
- 3
Heat oven on high heat for 45 min before placing meat in it. Place the tray on the middle rack while keep the high heat for 20 min.
- 4
Then remove tray from oven and scrap off all the brown part of the meat then add the rest of the ingredients (wine and cooking cream). Also add a little water for diluting the sauce.
- 5
Put tray back in oven on medium heat until sauce boils and steak is well cooked. Cut into slices and serve hot!
